The food and service were excellent. However, I booked this for our Valentines dinner and we ended up being sat outside on a cool evening at a patio table and chairs. There was no indication when I made this reservation that we would be sitting outside or I would not have booked this for such a special occasion. We asked to be moved to a table inside, and despite there being open tables were told it wasn’t possible. I didn’t find the outside ambience to match the price that we paid for the meal so I probably will not dine here again.

I was excited to try this place, but I’ll have to rare it a 3/5. The service was nice and servers were courteous, but service was slow. For the food, it was okay. Ordered a steak medium well and it came well done so had to send it back. The macaroni and cheese was overcooked and under seasoned. Mashed potatoes were very good. Overall, I have to give a 3/5. If staying at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, check it out, but would not go out of my way to visit.

Food is INCREDIBLE!! Service is 10/10 and the atmosphere is just one of a kind. HIGHLY recommend this place. It is pricy but worth every cent for the memories you will get from this place!

Exceptional dining experience! Food and service were superb. The steaks were perfection. Every course had amazing flavor pairings. Brad was our waiter and delivered some of the best service we have ever had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations.

We had a most amazing time at Sear and Sea. It’s a lovely restaurant and well isolated from the hotel foyer making it a proper restaurant experience. Our server Bradd was totally awesome. Great knowledge of the food and wine options. Always attentive and adapted well to our needs, like watching the fireworks from the top floor midway through our meal! So lovely to be treated so well. Of course the food and wine was delicious and so many flavours perfectly balanced. We’ve been before and most certainly be back as often as possible!

Sear + Sea is an amazing dining experience. Our sever Jeff was funny, efficient and transparent. The food is over the top and the chef team is brilliant with food allergies.

Slightly disappointed by the food. Not only did I expect more for the cost, but the flavor was lacking. The A5 Wagyu was incredible, but that was the only highlight. The staff was great and very attentive and welcoming. I really appreciated the high level of service we received. A side note: I don’t think just automatically bringing out roasted Brussels sprouts when the seasonal vegetables we ordered were unavailable was a good substitution. I paid for something I had no interest in eating. I would have ordered a different side if given the option.
