SEASALT is an ingredient driven seafood restaurant and raw bar located in the States Capital. We source fresh, seasonal, and sustainable fish, shellfish, meats, and produce. We thoughtfully and creatively make seafood dishes that have amazing global flavors. The SEASALT bar is a comfortable and friendly gathering place that serves award winning cocktails, curated spirits, wines, and beers. Very cool place. Fresh creative food. Excellent service. We had the best salmon ever. Yummy shrimp. Crusty bead is amazing. Arugula salad was delish. Lemon berry meringue was amazing but you need to each order dessert - not for sharing! Wish there were a few more menu options like including rice and pasta. Definitely will be back! Love their private dining room and bar!

Patrick was amazing 10/10 service! Food was incredible, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, gorgeous interiors. Tuna Tartar and Octopus were the highlight of the evening!!! I would def recommend and can’t wait to go back! Please add french fries to the menu and keep doing what you all are doing!

Good food and friendly service. If you are in the mood for something little bit different then this is your place. The bread was delicious as was the tuna tartare.

I made reservations at least a month ago and even stopped by one night to be sure we got a table in front. A host actually showed me to a table and said, “is this one alright?” It was perfect. We arrived for our reservation last night a tad early but hostess sat us immediately in the back lounge area at a very bright and loud table. I asked to be moved and explained that we’d been told we’d be up front. She was not at all accommodating or pleasant about it. We got another table in the back still, not as bright, and she told us the rest were reserved. Well so were we!! Service from Patrick was outstanding. Food was fabulous. Best sea bass ever. Music is far too loud however, and we were told that they are working on a solution. Overall would go back based on quality of food snd service, notwithstanding hostess manner.

The shrimp was overcooked and bland. My husband and friend had the same issue. The food came out too quickly and I do not understand the go-go music choice. Our friend got a slice of pizza next door after dinner. I really want them to do well, so hopefully they are just working out some kinks.
