                                                                          Excellent service from Ashton (from Houston, TX) and excellent food & drinks. Nice restaurant in a great location on Sapphire Beach, but no real views at night due to darkness of beach/water. Will return again next year.

                                                                          I’ll be as objective as I can and you guys decide: 1. Good ambiance but it’s not hard to have a good view here. 2. Service was not amazing: the waitress served us medium well ( it said so on the final check) pork chops. Everyone knows pork chops are always cooked medium rare or they get dry. Their medium well was more like well done. We left them on the plate as they were tough as rubber. 3. Octopus ceviche appetizer did not have any octopus in it, it some kind of maybe crab meat that we could not identify. My son loves octopus and just left it on the plate. 4. My son and daughter ordered lemonade and coke and both came from a machine, not from a bottle or a can and both tasted awful as if mixed with chemicals. The waitress took them off the bill and brought a glass of coke (supposedly from a bottle) but we didn’t see the bottle. 5. Chillean sea bass tasted extra fishy. My wife ate it out of respect for the fish. 6. They served the pork chops and the sea bass in deep plates with 2 inch edge so when you tried to use a knife you constantly hit the edge of the plate. I am not sure why they thought it was a good idea to do that. A flat plate would have been just fine. Overall, the taste combinations were lacking for what should have been a fine dining experience for the $369 check at the end. I will not say any more but there are much better places on the island that justify their cost well.

                                                                          Great night for dining at Sea Salt. Had slight issue with food being brought too soon however, they treated us to free desserts. They did the right thing and made our experience very good. Highly recommend.
