   Disappointed. We have been several times over the last few years. A favorite spot to take out of town guest. New owners need some direction on how to treat guest. We arrived for our 12/ noon meal expecting lunch. Instead it was the tail end of breakfast. Almost out of everything. 🤔 We ate food that most seemed to be from a bag. After out 30 min meal we went to enjoy the key room. After less than 5 min. We were told they were closing down to reset for the 3 o'clock meal and we would have to leave??? Why were we allowed to make a reservation for noon to get breakfast and then ushered out so quickly? 62.99 for 2 people to eat and then asked to leave🤔 It will be a LONG time before we return.    Fantastic brunch spot. Beautiful old lodge, spectacular views, low key, great food! A unique Colorado Mountain experience.

   SO GLAD to have another quality restaurant in Estes. The Powell’s are a fantastic addition to the town.

   Seven Keys is a bit of nostalgia and charm from the past of Baldpate Inn, mixed with fine dining! We have now been there three times and each time, we have been delighted with the service, specialty drinks and food!! Our favorites are the Short Ribs with truffle grits, Elk Medallions in blueberry sauce, and Trout. Beet and Arugula salad and wedge salad were delicious!! The owners are delightful and have done a wonderful job to bring a consistently excellent restaurant to Estes!!

   We ordered the short rib, roasted chicken, bison steak and elk. All of them were amazing! Love the family unpretentious atmosphere, incredible views, and meal perfection! Have been here twice for dinner and will absolutely return!

   This place exceeded all our expectations...the views, character and ambiance are exceptional. The old-school camp cabin atmosphere is perfect and set off with all the right details (vintage magazines and books, galleries of historic photos and western artifacts). The family-style service was always attentive with the entire family showing up at our table throughout the evening. But the unexpected star is the food! The chef (by himself in the kitchen) got backed up with the father's day crowd, so we waited a bit long, but the views and hummingbirds were plenty of entertainment and when the meal arrived it was WELL worth the wait. This is some world-class cooking. I had the best trout I've had in any restaurant in the Rockies, and each meal at our table was equally impressive. We will be back!

   Outstanding place for a meal in Estes Park. Beautiful scenery mixed with wonderful food and service. We had a great experience from start to finish!

   This was an anniversary dinner. The service in the bar and in the restaurant was wonderful. The specialty cocktails were fun and delicious. Try The Key Hole and The Paper Plane! Our rainbow trout entree and the arugula and beet salad were perfect. Sitting out on the deck after dinner watching the light change across the Estes Park valley and the hummingbirds vying for the best feeder(s) is pure heaven. The Seven Keys Lodge location is the best in the state. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back!

   Everything was 5 star! You have to try the bone marrow and the tomato relish on the side - unbelievable! Two of us went savory and ordered three entrees. Loved the short rib, elk and scallops. Their sides were superb- risotto with citrus brute blanc/a nice mix of woodland mushrooms/mini squash and black truffle oil grits was to die for and loved the creamed corn! Definitely a place to dine as the wait staff were all unpretentious, welcoming and warm.
