I hate posting bad reviews because everyone has a bad day but I had the most dry, worst, tough (hard to cut through!!!!) short rib I have ever had and that includes my own screw ups. T was like chewing a boiled marmot. And at $42, that is inexcusable. My wife’s salmon was severely overcooked as well. We are not difficult people or customers but I can’t believe what we were served. Worst meal I’ve had in years, if not ever. In any case, I won’t make the mistake of eating here again when I’m back in Sedona. Lesson learned.

Arrived and were seated promptly. Waited over 20 minutes before someone asked if we had been helped, place was not busy. Waitress who took our order wasn’t assigned to our table. Although the waitress was good, she was supposed to have supervisor come over and speak to us, which didn’t happen. We were not impressed with the food. We ordered the chicken lollipops and the roasted chicken.

We had a really nice NYE dinner, the staff was very accommodating when we asked to be re-seated (felt some draft from AC vent), the food was delicious, the hostess and our server were so kind! There’s a large scrabble game with magnetic tiles that our son (5 yrs old) was thoroughly obsessed with and thankfully the family seated nearby was sweet, engaging, and let him play 🤩. Glad to have discovered this restaurant so that we can come back and enjoy it again!

Great idea with the igloo Christmas decor! With a special menu for the evening, the food was probably prepped in a larger capacity, so not hot, and the crème brûlée dessert was very runny, but had good flavor.

We celebrated Christmas Eve here with dinner by a fire pit. They had live music and she was perfect - lots of songs to sing along too but she was low key enough that you could still have conversation too!

The service was standard. The issue was the food and the price. My New York strip was 100% charred and burnt for a $200 meal; it was absolutely absurd

The Thanksgiving Dinner meal was not worth the money.. I am willing to bet that all this food pretty much was like Sisco prepared, Buffet was like a cafeteria level quality (not a Gourmet Buffet). Said bar had like 3-4 items very limited... Shrimp were the only thing good. Deserts were like store bought super sweet pies... couldn't eat much of them. The atmosphere was like eating in a seniors home... people dressed in sweats and Jeans.. My wife and I were dressed for dinner in a suite.... no ambiance, plastic battery operated candle and no table cloth no the the table. $30 tip pre added... for pouring water and removing a couple of plates... We had to serve our selves. Our bill for two dinners with water to drink and tip was $214. very disappointed for the money.. It is what it is, but I would not recommend for any special occasion (like Thanksgiving Dinner etc). I wish it was better but both my wife and I were disappointed with this meal event.

The food Thanksgiving dinner food was very good. Stuffing with excellent gravy was excellent. The ham was really good so we’re the sides. The only thing we would say we were disappointed. They only had a turkey breast. We are dark meat lovers and wish they would’ve had a real turkey with dark meat, the dessert was just pumpkin pie pecan pie apple pie and we had to ask for whip cream for the pumpkin pie but service was pretty good for how busy they were and it was a little on the pricey side $85 per person plus they include the gratuitythat I was OK with

We sat in one of the outdoor gabazo/greenhouses, and it was so magical. We didn’t know those were n option, so we had a nice surprise there and it was quite magical. The food was excellent and the service was just as good. We highly recommend this place for a special occasion, or if you're just wanting a 5 star experience.
