Avec plus de 60 créations à la carte, un éventail de saveurs exotiques d’une grande subtilité est à découvrir. Sous la direction du Chef Tony Xu, le savoir-faire traditionnel s’exprime à travers une brigade chinoise où chaque expertise est représentée par un Maître : le Wok, le Barbecue, la découpe (Chopper) et les Dim Sum. En plus de la somptueuse salle principale, deux salons privés vous attendent : le Tang, pouvant recevoir jusqu'à 12 personnes, et le Qing Ming, offrant un cadre exclusif pour 24 personnes.
