Perched atop a rocky cliff on Antigua’s gorgeous west coast, Sheer Rocks is surrounded by vivid scenery, creating a stunning backdrop for lounging in the sun, long tapas lunches, & romantic sunset dining in the evening. Founded in 2010, Sheer Rocks is the original Rocks Group restaurant in a now growing collection of spectacular venues, including both Catherine’s Cafe & Rokuni. Head Chef, Jamal Warner, works alongside Executive Chef Simon Christey-French to create beautiful Mediterranean inspired menus, using sustainably sourced ingredients, making use of the island's best and freshest ingredients.

We had a wonderful dinner experience at Sheer Rocks. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. The ambiance is amazing in this very nature filled setting. We were seated at a beautiful table overlooking the ocean which felt very private. The servers were lovely, very friendly and attentive. We were served fresh, warm rolls with butter, a polenta dish and fresh tuna as a complimentary appetizer. Beautiful presentation and delicious! We decided to do the 3 course menu which was a little pricey, but worth it for the dining experience if you want to treat yourself to something very special. This included an appetizer, main and dessert. We all thoroughly enjoyed each course which you can see the chef’s passion for food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant to enjoy a wonderful evening. We went once the sun had already set, but I would recommend going early to watch the sunset and take advantage of the amazing view.

Stunning setting with incredible views that are worth going for. Unfortunately the food looked well presented but was not up to the standard we'd expect given the prices. For dinner you had to have a set 2 course (or 3) menu which was $245EC each. We both had fish for our main course and the whole dish was covered in too much oil. The risotto starter was better. Service was very slow. All in all, would maybe go back at lunchtime to enjoy the view. After sunset it's below average food and no view!

Well, they didn’t have 75% of the dishes we ordered and only told us like 45 min after we placed the order. Then it took nearly two hours from when we sat down to get our mains (which we had to wolf down in 5 min because our driver was waiting). I will say that the food was well-made. They did also offer a discount and comp our drinks. However, then when we went to pay, they told me that their credit card machines were down and I would have to send them a wire transfer which seems like a huge hassle. All in all, I would not recommend Sheer Rocks if you’re visiting Antigua due to the subpar service and other issues that you wouldn’t want to deal with while on vacation.

We felt this restaurant is highly overrated. Service was very slow, food rather average, and very overpriced Waiting so long between courses make one lose Ones appetite Also difficult to have a conversation with such loud audio music

Sheer Rocks is located within Cocobay Resort, 5 minutes south of Jolly Harbour, at the turning to FFreyes Beach. Keep to the right and follow road until you reach the Cocobay carpark. Please park, and walk up the driveway to reception. We are located past the Resort's main restaurant, bar and pool, down the steps and along the cliff.
