The cocktails we ordered when we first arrived were nice and arrived on time. Then we ordered something to eat and our second drinks. The food arrived before our drinks arrived and we were already waiting for the food. We waited thinking maybe our drinks would arrive soon, but they didn't. There are 0 employees around to take care of you. Our waiter never even returned to the table and asked if everything was okay. They try to leave immediately without looking at the table. After asking 3 times for our drinks, we said we wanted to cancel and they brought our drinks immediately. I know that it is not very difficult to bring wine because I work in the service sector. Anyway, maybe he forgot etc. but he had to come and check. The cheese plate we told was for wine. Not for a wine that arrives 40 minutes later…

Fue una gran experiencia pasar el cumpleaños de mi mama ahi. El personal super agradable. La comida y la explicacion fue muy detallada y muy rica. 100% recomendado. Regresaremos pronto.

My friend and I dined here for dinner and drinks. The view was incredible and the food was mouth watering and full of flavor. As the night progressed, the music became very loud to the point where we could not hear each other. They were not able to turn it down, but I was still very pleased with my experience at Shelbys.

Great venue for an upscale experience. The service was not great, had to wave down our server multiple times. The place gets busy despite the high price tag. Would go again but will be cautious if you're expecting high attentive service.

Food was very good. Had the cauliflower tapas plate and the flatbread. Both were amazing. Sharing those two between my wife and myself we barely had room for desert. The chocolate dessert was very rich and not too sweet, though the lemon in the cream was a little odd paired with the chocolate. The service was mid. Our server was abrupt, did not share any thoughts on the menu items, lacked courtesy, and seemed not all that interested. We shared with the front desk and on the Open Table app that it was our 30th anniversary, but our server did not mention it at all. Value not dissimilar to other restaurants in SF in terms of price for quality of food.

Met up with some friends, it was our first time here and what an amazing view. The vibe was great, food was amazing! We were given the option to sit inside or outside. We chose to sit outside, even though it was cold the outdoor heaters made it comfortable. Overall great atmosphere, will definitely come back with more friends!
