                                                                                                                                i was excited to celebrate my birthday with friends. they took my boyfriends credit card in the beginning and later on when we went to order drinks at the bar, we thought we had an open tab so we went back to the table but apparently there was miscommunication with drinks and paying so the bar tender who helped me and my girl friends came up and started accusing us of not paying, threatening to take us outside. he didn’t give us a moment to explain or figure out the situation he just kept talking at us and took our drinks. also another server came and accused us of not paying for drinks we didn’t even have. after that experience it killed the vibe so we left and went to better bars in the area where we felt more welcome! i work in the customer service industry and would never treat people this way.

                                                                                                                                Awful service made reservations and they told us we could not come in then said we could and then we were asked to leave by a waiter after waiting for 30 mins for a waiter to come and take our drink order. Had more fun at the saloon and the 1st bar. Don’t waste ur time.

                                                                                                                                Made a reservation for a table at shelter. Arrived with my party to only be told be need to spend $400 for a bottle in order to sit at the reserved table and they just changed this rule a week ago. Very disappointed. And they over charged my card so I will be filing a chargeback.

                                                                                                                                We had a reservation for the table and came at exact time. when we showed up security guard checked and confirmed we have a table reserved but said they are over capacity and table is not available so we are welcome to sit anywhere we find the spot. This was very frustrating experience, as had planned for the table as we had 5 people in the group. We managed to sit at the bar and bartender was super non friendly, he said they are closing in 40 and doing last calls and cannot make any craft coctails, so can only do hard liquor or something simple. This is a place with a lot of nice coctails on the menu and we cannot order anything because they are closing in 40??? Never seen anything like this, especially during COVID when people go above and beyond for exceptional service.
