This was a great surprise for us, probably best restaurant that you can try in the area, relatively close to Perfect North Slopes!!! food was deliciously flavored and staff was great!!! 100% recommend!!!

                                                                                                                We had reservations so I thought planning 90 minutes for a meal was sufficient but the kitchen was not able to keep up with demand. We waited almost an hour to get salads. Meal came out not long after and 2 of the 4 of us only had sandwiches. Food was hot. Since we couldn't make it to Christmas Services, we got dessert. Cheesecake was amazing but Bread Pudding was dried out and hardly had any sauce to it. Service was okay, our cups ran empty but our waitress was covering several tables with large groups. With limited menus and reservations, there should have been enough staffing on the floor and in the kitchen, the number of people eating tonight wasn't a surprise. Disappointed in experience as a whole. Not sure we'll go back.

                                                                                                                The restaurant was understaffed both front of house and back of house. The young kid managing the host station barely made eye contact while it was obvious we had been standing in front of him for a while. Walked away to go behind the bar while still not acknowledging we were there. Our dinners at a table for four came out of the kitchen one at a time. Our server barely checked on drinks and made no attempt to apologize for the slow service. Disappointing because all prior visits to Shift were so nice.

Their dry rub wings are the best we’ve had and our kids devoured 2 pretzels. Everything is so fresh and delicious. We wish we lived closer so we could go more often, but it is definitely worth the drive.

                                                                                                                They need to go back to having holiday meals as buffet instead of family style. I had a reservation and was seated promptly but we waited an hour for our food to be delivered to our table while others who were seated after us received their food before us. We did not have a big group only a table of 4.

                                                                                                                As we are visiting the USA for work thought we would be eating a ready meal for thanksgiving, after a suggestion from my daughter in law searched restaurants around Cincinnati that were open. We were very impressed with the food we were served and the excellent service.
