Experience the best of Shimogamo with our Omakase menu, which means “leave it up to you”. Our expert staff will curate a menu, tailored to your preferences and dietary restrictions. Please note that this is not a customly created chef's tasting course, but rather a compilation of our existing menu and specials of the day. Designed for sharing, this menu is perfect for groups of two or more and requires a minimum of two guests. To ensure availability, reservations are required. The Omakase menu is priced per person and excludes tax and gratuity. Beverages are not included in the course but can be added at an additional cost. Please allow approximately two hours for a party of two, and three hours or more for larger groups.

The kitchen was extremely slow with steaks. Honestly, the service and bartender were great. This restaurant either needs to be prepared to deliver steak or just do sushi only. I won’t go back.

Amazing experience at Shimigamo. Jose and Saeed were amazing and all their recommendations were spot on. My wife and I love sushi and this place was next level delicious! Will be back!

Terrific customer service at the sushi bar and servers. Quality of sushi, as always, is outstanding. The young lady at hostess stands needs some customer service training.

Today I will say I like it but a couple of things were not as you would expect. The duck had a wonderful flavor but a little tough and the black cod good but a little different. nothing means don't eat eat I love it one of the best hidden gems that is not hidden anymore. The service is always superb

This is our second week in a row we have visited this wonderful restaurant. The staff is amazing, from being greeted to enjoying a delicious sushi dinner. The chefs, waiters and team were attentively present. The sushi was spectacular, bluefin, uni, scallops and various rolls served with wonderful presentation. This is our go to sushi restaurant Thank You Grace, Francisco and Mathew!! Bob and Kim
