Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. Our floor to ceiling windows and a large outdoor patio provide spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico. Every seat is a great one. Outdoor Seating is available upon request, but not guaranteed.
Whether Breakfast or Dinner we have dishes that please. Our specialties include the Crab Benedict for Breakfast, & the Signature Lobster Mac & Cheese for Dinner. If seafood is not preferred, we have fabulous Steak, Pasta, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Our full menu is available online. Parking is never an issue with SHOR, we offer 3 hour complimentary parking for qualifying meals.

Welcoming and quick service. Food was delivered in timely fashion and was very well prepared. Excellent service from waiter. , bus boys.

An excellent experience. Got a cocktail at the bar before our reservation, and the bar staff was attentive and engaging. Spicy marg is highly recommended. Dinner was great, steak frites for me and burger for my wife. Ben was our server and was top notch. Didn’t need to ask for anything. Will return.

So today was my 3rd visit here, the last two were a while ago and detoured me from eating here BUzt this evening was a whole different expierence! Tonight we visited for Valentine’s Day and wow hats off to the entire staff! It was late, they were tired but man what a dinner! Photos can’t describe the flavor in every single dish! Even the salad made my mouth water! I won’t say the experience was flawless but I will say it was worth every single penny spent! The server we had was Rob R and he made the experience memorable! I will return! The chef in charge of that kitchen was spot on! The food could have been plated a little better but it was the end of the night. Total score 7 of 10 Plating Environment vs acoustics Ability of food on pre designed menu 1st service after searing was 12 minutes Servers beach recommendation wad spot on!

Great V day dinner for three couples. 4 course meal with wine paring was amazing. The issue was we were coding wrong with our reservation in the computer. Hence, we were not seated with the valentines Day menu, and we had to request the roses for the ladies. Our server was excellent, which made up for the coding issue.

Wonderful food - we enjoyed the blackened red fish and steak frites. The waiter was top-notch.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Everything from the appetizers which was the biscuits to our main courses. The prime ribeye was perfectly cooked per my request and was super tender and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was amazing also. We visited for my wife’s Birthday while staying at the Hyatt and we couldn’t have been happier. They truly went out of their way to make her feel special. Ben was an excellent waiter and the whole team was great. Thank you Shor!

Danielle was an amazing server! She helped us from start to finish. She brought everything out so quickly. The food Danielle suggested was great and fresh. Great food, drinks, and impeccable service.

Chefs Andrew & John are superb! Our server Zac was amazing, Daniel checked us in and was great!! The food is by far THE BEST in the area, highly recommend!!

My husband and I split a delicious Caesar salad and we each ordered the Taste of Shor which was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection. The crabcake was wonderful and the tuna had an amazing flavor. The tuna is served rare. Our cocktails were served with a generous pour. I had the lemon drop martini and it was very good.
