Shu's 10 course vegan degustation has been a house signature since 2015. Inspired by China's southwest Sichuan cuisine, Shu presents a modern Chinese dining experience with his hometown flavours using only seasonal and local produce. Starting with plant oyster dish celebrating tofu, and a hand crafted pot plant, this set menu takes diners through multiple courses and showcases various cooking methods, flavours and textures. It is designed for the curious palettes and adventurous minds. Please allow 2 hours for this experience. Available every night when open.

Shu offers 5 creative course using 5 fresh gourmet mushrooms such as chestnuts, Lion's Mane and blue oysters. This special set menu show cases various characters of the fungi family. From pickling, wok grilling to hand rolling buns of the deliciousness, each plates are continue inspired by the dynamic taste of hometown Sichuan cuisine.
