    We sat in the new addition to the restaurant. It was wonderful and quiet. We were able to talk and enjoy our meal with no noise. Our waitress was great. She’s was attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable. The bus boy was terrific . He kept refilling our water and brought bread to our table quickly. It was a great experience especially for NYE.

    Great experience as always! They were able to squeeze us in at 5:15 which was perfect. Food and service were terrific.

    Went for New Years Eve. Made reservations super easy. A little busy but we sat promptly. Waitress was wonderful and her helper kept our drinks full. Apps were great and dinner was delicious.

    Not sure what is going on with Siena (East Greenwich), but it is definitely not what it used to be. Had reservations at 7:15pm on Friday night. Did not get seated until close to 7:45pm, and then it was at least another 15 minutes before our server came to our table for drink orders. Our server was very pleasant but clearly stretched too thin. Also our table was right on top of another table and the server for the other table bumped into me several times, without even an "excuse me". Food was just OK and nothing to write home about for those prices. Too many other good options in RI for Italian and unfortunately I will be taking Siena off my list!

    The salami on the Lucca plate was not fresh and tasted like it has been sliced days ago and the fat had changed taste. The server did not pay attention the table and although we tried to draw her attention by raising the hand up for 5-10 minutes - no one saw us, Meanwhile, the server was chatting with other staff members. When finally providing the dessert ordering menu, the server took another 10 minutes to first out away dishes and clean for next day rather than taking the order. People pay good money to come and enjoy themselves at the restaurant, not to be disregarded and treated rudely.

    Four of us came for our reservation. We had Travis as a waiter. We never bother writing reviews, but Travis was such a lovely, welcoming server that we felt compelled to write him a great review. Highly recommend this restaurant and our server, Travis. He was excellent! Keep him here I!
