   Umm… I don’t know how they are open? We came in at 6 o’clock on a Thursday evening and no one came in after us. They had no draft beer, didn’t know what wine was, served us brown and serve rolls for a bread basket and frozen pork chops calling them $30 plates. I ordered vegetables as a side and was told they weren’t ready?? The staff was friendly but dressed way unprofessional when you have a meal on your menu listed at $95.00 They say give a restaurant three times before you say you don’t like it but I’m not sure how much longer they will be open … It was terrible!

   The worst Mother’s Day I have ever had! Signature Chop House used to be one of my favorite restaurants when I came back to Michigan. Now I will NEVER go there again. The food was simply horrible. The place is no longer impeccably clean but rather unkept. Definitely a total waste of time and money!! Some things and places should be left as they were originally intended. This is one of them! Under new management should be changed to completely destroyed by new management! Never Again!!!

   Wayyyyy overpriced for what we got. Food was mushy, cold, and save for the potatoes, tasteless. I can’t believe what they charged for that Mother’s Day buffet. Never again.

   I have been dining at Chop House for several years when visiting from New Mexico. Considered it best place in Flint--food terrific, ambiance nice, service spotty but acceptable. It apparently has now become a hip-hop joint--at least that is what it has appeared on our last few visits. That's fine--but not the culture I wish to experience when I dine out. On this last visit, was put in the bar area since we were told it would be 'quieter'. Music in bar was rather loud and mostly hip-hop/R&B. I asked if it could be changed or turned down. We were then offered the main dining area--which is where I typically dine anyway. It was much quieter/better. Not sure why we were put in the bar in the first place. SEVERAL items from the menu were not available. All in all, not a pleasant visit. Bottom line-- I will not be returning.

   Took over 30 minutes just to get water brought to table. We’re out of all white wine and when asked 3 different times waitress finally brought a drink menu. Wait staff did not care to be working and some were wearing slippers for shoes. Used to be a very elegant place to eat and has gone down hill.

   The only complaint is that they would not accept our $100 gift card because it was a gift given to us 2 years ago. They said that because they have new owners now that they wouldn't accept it!!!

   It was a very disappointing experience for a 70 minute drive. The steak was so tough we chewed and took the meat out and placed it on our plates. After telling waitress it was replaced with the same tough me, that was recommended to be very juicy. No support from management.

   Worst experience I ever had. You walk in and see a huge selection of wines, then, when you ask for a wine menu, they don’t have one. When you tell them, what kind of wine you’re looking for, a glass shows up without making a selection. Steaks were a very low quality, and the server very seldom came back and checked on the table. The menu also lacked showing you what your side options were.
