The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes — fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. Gulf seafood conspires with Atlantic Coast oysters flown in fresh, and the Hill Country is well-represented year-round. Local and organic ingredients change the menu as the seasons peak and wane, but the constants are quality, flavor, artistry in the kitchen and a warm welcome when you walk in the door.

The tasting menu was amazing… However, there was a very long pause between courses three and four. Otherwise, an amazing dining experience.

Wonderful as always! The menu staples are so darn good and there is always a few new things to tempt the palate that never disappoint! A wonderful ambience for an intimate birthday celebration or a large group outing.

Overall, everything was excellent. The only complaint is with how dark it was in the restaurant. The light levels made it legitimately hard to read the menu. The food is delicious, the drinks were excellent, the service was outstanding.

The chef’s tasting menu was incredible. Each dish was well prepared with nicely balanced flavor. The ambience of this spot is perfect for a date night. The staff were cordial, polite, and knowledgeable about each dish.

This was our 5th visit to Signature, and it's always a special treat. We brought friends who had never been although they have lived in San Antonio for many years. They were amazed. The food, service, and ambience were perfect as always. If you have never been, give Signature a try and you won't be disappointed.

Dinner here with old friends. We had an amazing meal. For appetizers we went carb heavy and had the risotto and the gnocchi, which were both insanely good. My friend raved about the halibut, and the two of us that had the short rib loved it, along with my husband, who had an amazing prime filet. Would absolutely return.
