This unique experience allows guests to enjoy a variety of chef’s top seasonal cuisines in artful presentation. This experience is available to party sizes of two or four. All guests are served the same menu driven from the current yields of our local purveyors (allergies can be accommodated with advance notice). Requested times are subject to adjustments. Add-ons such as wine pairings, bourbon tasting or cocktail pairings are available to enhance your experience. PLEASE NOTE: We kindly advise against modifications to Chef's Tasting menu selections. Each item is a composed dish that Chef has created. If you are not open to fully experiencing Chef's creative selections; we strongly suggest you order from our regular daily menus.

It was our first visit to Silas and it did not disappoint. While we were in a quiet little town, Silas gave us the feeling we were in a city setting. Silas is a very upscale, beautiful, charming restaurant in the middle of rural America. The food was presented beautifully, the service was impeccable. It was a memorable dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Absoutely wonderful!! We always love our time at Silas. The meals are thoughtfully prepared an delicious. Our server George was the BEST!! We'll be back soon and will request George's service.

Another return trip to Silas and we were not disappointed. Brought my parents along for their first visit to this wonderful establishment. Our server was excellent, explained every appetizer and entree brought to the table, recommended an well-paired wine, and was genuinely motivated to make our experience a good one. The food was excellent!! Highly recommend the short rib, the prime rib or the pork katsu, all amazing! Can't go wrong picking Silas for your place to dine.

This restaurant is normally on point. However that night service was lacking. The bar “children” were rude. The rest of the children running the place were dressed like they were at a high school basketball game but the food was very good!

There was absolutely nothing i didn’t like. You can tell the food here was prepped with care and people who care about the quality of cooking. I will say you might not like everything but can definitely appreciate the articulation that is made when creating this food. Well done. And for the fact this kind of place is in small town middle Ohio and when you walk in you feel like you are in a big city. Dang good dang good job!!

We had the best experience ever at any restaurant we have ever been in. We were made to feel special by everyone, bus boy to manager, and everyone else.

Our server, Adriana, carefully explained the menu and how different items may be presented, as well as portion sizes and what might work as a 'sharable'.

My wife and I both agreed that it was a dining “experience”. We search for venues that will “surprise and delight” us. Silas Creative Kitchen did both. Thanks again for making our special occasion a memorable evening. We will be back soon.
