We really enjoyed our dinner here. The service was very attentive and our food was so good. The Chicken Fried Oysters were delicious to start but the Ribeye was cooked to perfection and the seabass was phenomenal. Great service, Great Food. We will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.

We have a wonderful experience every time we dine here. Bernie the pianist on Friday is the icing on the cake. Highly recommend for a special night out or business dinner.

So. Had been to Silo Prime and the menu and service was excellent before. Last night was NYE with a special menu was the only option. We were not aware of a special menu. That was not the problem. The quality of the food was not Silo Prime’s greatest. Ahi tuna appetizer ran out. The lobster bisques watery and souped runny. For the price tag, we were very disappointed in the quality of food that we know on a usual basis is very good. Feeling silo prime sacrificed quality of f food for quantity of meals served. Ivan was our server for the second time and was amazing as usual, unfortunately because of food quality, we left dissatisfied.

We’ve dined at Silo quite a few times in the past, and we’ve always had a great experience. However, Tuesday’s visit was a stark contrast to our previous experiences. The food and service were both subpar, and considering the price Silo charged for New Year’s Eve, the quality of the food was truly disappointing. It was an experience that left us deeply disappointed and hard to forget.

Josh was an incredible server! I can't speak enough about the menu and the food quality. But what sets this place apart is the staff, and their professionalism for a high-end restaurant.

Upon arrival to the restaurant we were surprised at the loud young kids hanging out prior to going to the reservation stand to begin our reservation. Our table was nice and our waiter was excellent, but wanted us to order our entire dinner experience before we even ordered our appetizer. Our wait time for our appetizer, soup salad and entrees was a bit long. The trek to the bathroom was not very easy. The stairs were a bit much to navigate from the dining area. I do like the 1604 and 10 locations a bit better. The construction was a factor while trying to get to the restaurant.

From the fried oysters, to the rack of lamb, to the moose and coconut pie, the food and service was superb!
