Simona brings a vibrant, yet casual Italian experience to the Sundeck of The Ivy Room. Designed with a refined femininity at her core, she delivers effortless beauty in an unpretentious rooftop setting. Sip fresh-pressed citrus cocktails such as the Sincerely Simona or choose a crisp and refreshing Bergamot Spritz. Grab a seat, take in views of NoMad and snack on cuoppo fritto, an Italian street food favorite of flash-fried seafood and market vegetables. Craving something sweet? Order a scoop of our signature pistachio ice cream, a custom flavor in partnership with Bad Habit. While reservations are accepted, Simona is an open seating venue and may require standing.
