   Overall great experience. Staff was great, food was great. A little noisy but understandable on a Friday.

   Our waiter was great! He did well to accommodate special requests and was thorough in explanation!! Food and drinks were delicious!

   the food was interesting and the sauces added a lot of flavor, but we found the meats very salty. They sprinkled what looked like coarse salt over all the meat and grill. I thought the wine prices were quite steep and there was an annoying fly buzzing around us all night. The place is not large so when it is packed it gets noisy.

   Never got to eat or drink. Waited 20 minutes to recognized them another for glasses still no order taken. No alcohol. We told them we were leaving. Never done that

   Service could not have been slower. Our reservation was at 7 and didn't get drinks until 8 pm. Our server said she had too many tables and apologized but it was a ridiculously long wait. We didn't get our check until after 10 pm.

   Great concept but it needs some tweaking. Side dishes came out 10 minutes before the entrees did. Entrees came out on the hot stone so if you order Ahi Tuna, like I did, it would be overcooked by the time it got to the table. I asked for it on a side plate which they accommodated. Staff rushed us finishing our dinner. Started clearing the table while some of us were still eating. Took the hot stone away before I was done cooking on it. We were still eating when the check came. They told us we had 90 minutes for our dinner. We were out of the door in less than 60 minutes. Won’t be back. It was not the relaxed atmosphere we were looking for. Food quality was good but very small portions for the money and too many up charges. There are many good restaurants in the area that are better.

    Get the Wagyu Filet on the sizzle stone and you won’t be disappointed. Drinks were great too. I just wish they carried Blanton’s.
