   Pasta was fresh and full of flavor. Burratta special was also very good with thinly sliced beets and pistachios. Overall a good value as it is a BYO.

   There were 4 of us. Restaurant is pretty and server was friendly. But the food was very disappointing. We ordered rice balls (not much flavor), caesar salad (dry), filet, 2 pasta bolognese, and a shrimp and pasta dish. We waited over an hour for our food. The filet dish and one of the bolognese dishes were brought out first and were cold, We sent them back only to have the filet returned still cold. The shrimp and pasta was delicious, but the bolognese was bland. We heard such good things about Scratch we were looking forward to a great meal and were very disappointed.

   Amazingly delicious!! The best food at the Jersey Shore. Talented Chef. Friendly, helpful wait staff who are very knowledgeable about the menu. Hostess/manager could not be nicer. It’s a very well run restaurant!!! With delicious food!

   The regular menu items as well as the daily ‘specials’ are innovative and perfect combinations of flavors. We enjoy it each time we come. Service as always attentive but not hovering lovely lovely dinner

   We had a delicious dinner from start to finish. Our server was friendly and attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We shared the burrata appetizer that was an exceptional blend of flavors (beets, blood oranges, pistachios, and pomegranate) served on a bed of arugula and topped with delectable burratta. The bistro fillet as well as the chicken Parm were cooked perfectly and both were outstanding, and the portions were large. We were not rushed and enjoyed some great conversation, followed by dessert - affogato and specialty donut holes with raspberry sauce. We will be back!

   Outstanding service and food, we selected the special appetizer burrata, yellow, red beets, slices of blood orange, pistachio, pomegranate over arugula with a balsamic glaze, delicious. He had the special homemade cavatelli with a short rib melt in your mouth ragu sauce. I selected the Tuscan Cod it was scrumptious. Food is served hot, everything is fresh, ample portions we have enough for another meal. Oh the bread, crisp, fresh served warm with a seasoned dipping oil, excellent. BYO Dessert was delicious a scoop of vanilla ice cream with espresso poured on top, heavenly. A cup of double espresso.

   Exceeded expectations as usual. everything is prepared beautifully and delicious staff is wonderful the environment is lively, but not too noisy. great value
