                                              Twice we’ve loved the Christmas Day experience at SkyFire. Gets better every time. The best ambience in Santa Fe, and the food is a great match for top tier expectations. Thank you for making our holiday special

                                              I have eaten at sky fire many times and it’s normally amazing. Christmas Day brunch 12/25/24 however it was not. The eggs for our Benedict’s were hard boiled even though we requested them to be soft cooked and there was not nearly enough hollandaise on the plate. Service was extremely slow, we sat at our table for almost 20 minutes with no one greeting us, also our food did not arrive out together. Our drinks sat at the bar for sometime until I finally asked the busboy to deliver them. Super disappointed .

                                              Food was innovative. Ambiance was good especially because of the good lighting in the Den. Service was mediocre and staff disorganized.

                                              Outstanding dining experience from start to finish. Tomas was superb as our server - with excellent wine and food recommendations. The shrimp empanadas and butternut squash veloute were delicious. We shared the huge ribeye that was perfectly prepared. The lit luminaria throughout Bishop’s Lodge made for a special holiday setting.

                                              The food and service were excellent. Chef went above and beyond to accommodate my friend's dietary restrictions. I had the BEST cup of decaf coffee after dinner. Ambience was soothing. Definitely recommend Sky Fire.

                                              Atmosphere was terrific and service was great. Our server David was attentive and answered all questions on the menu. We both had the chicken and shared a sweet potato. We left enough room for a churro dessert with ice cream and chocolate ganache. Everything was terrific. This was our first time to this restaurant and resort. Signage is limited, you have to valet or self park and have a golf cart shuttle you to the restaurant, which sits up on a bluff. The restaurant hostess calls the shuttle when you are ready to leave and gets you back down. Beautiful property.
