Slope Room is an Alpine Bistro focused on the connection between Rocky Mountain farmers and ranchers. Pasture-raised, sustainable proteins, and locally sourced produce are front and center at the sophisticated yet cozy restaurant and bar. The decor pays homage to the sexy and dangerous allure of the Old West with a decidedly modern twist on the traditional new American Steakhouse menu by Executive Chef Jason Brumm.

    This place is amazing we have been coming to Vail for 6 Christmas holidays and I cannot believe we haven’t been here. The ambiance food service is exceptional! This will be a regular visit from now on for our family. The food is amazing and variety is amazing! The lamb ragu with papperdille and ricotta was so delicious and the short rib was to die for. Bison steak unreal. Crudo app so so flavorful and perfectly appointed. Dessert so so good!! Staff so attentive entire time we were there. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to come again!!

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! From start to finish, everything was perfection. The food was incredibly delicious—each dish bursting with flavor and made with such care. Every bite felt like a treat, and the variety on the menu ensured there was something for everyone. The service was exceptional, with a special shout-out to Dunja, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly loved eating here and can't wait to return. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

    We were really excited to try this restaurant. The food was good, but not quite what we were expecting. However the service was incredible. From our amazing waitress that was very knowledgeable and informative to the manager who quickly handled a concern we had. I would definitely give this restaurant another chance. The menu has many great options. I love that they have a pastas dish, meat and vegetable options.

    No holiday decorations. The room was cold with a constant draft when anyone walked in the front door. A beautiful non working fireplace. Overall not the place to spend 150 dollars a person
