Located on top of the all-new Muckleshoot Casino Resort tower in the heart of the bountiful Pacific Northwest. Smoke & Cedar is among the country's leading steakhouses, dedicated to providing excellent guest service, fine libations, prime steaks and the best seafood the PNW has to offer. This one-of-a-kind restaurant in Washington commands 270-degree views of Mt. Rainier, the Puget Sound and both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.

Smoke & Cedar's menu is updated seasonally to best showcase ingredients collected by foragers from the farmers markets, regional farms, and other artisan purveyors.     Christmas Eve with Ashley as our server was fabulous. We had the Christmas wine pairing menu and the prime rib was fantastic!! We liked all four courses and we will definitely be back. Thanks, All! You made our holiday special!

    This was our third and final try for Smoke and Cedar. The food is decent. However for the prices and what they’re trying to be, the service is just not there. Every time, everything is very slow, fragmented, drinks took 20mins to receive, food never comes out together, ordered 2 appetizers and they came about 10-15 mins apart. 3 of our party ordered king crab legs, which is two half legs, so literally one leg, cost $50 ea, that came out with just lemon on the plate. We asked the delivery person for melted butter, he said it was coming right out. Asked another server 10 mins later for butter. Nothing. Another 10-15 mins our server came by and asked how everything was, and we asked for melted butter, it literally took another 15 mins before she brought it, she did apologize and said there was a mixup in the kitchen. By then the crab was cold, just disappointing, every time. She offered a dessert (which we’ve been offered every time to make up for poor/slow service), we declined because we didn’t want to wait another half hour for it. It’s been a year to get it figured out, and they just haven’t.

    We were celebrating my husband's birthday. We were warmly greeted and seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had great recommendations and was attentive. Each course was served efficiently, and the meal was delicious! The night was special for us and everything was excellent!

    Great Food and service our server was very attentive to all details even food allergies and needs ver great ambience prices are a little high but you are getting quality service and food

    The steaks were good but not excellent. We got the 45 day aged New York and ribeye but they were not that’s good. The service was very good. There were some very load customers next to us. Had a few too many drinks. Not obnoxious but talking/laughing very loud

    We had a great dinner. The ceviche was delicious and fresh, steaks were cooked perfectly, and the service was top notch. The Brussels are meh. The crème brûlée was a perfect end to the meal.
