Great waiter, great service, great ambiance! Was very convenient to eat and then go see Patti LaBelle! Such a nice location. The food was flavored nicely. However the octopus, shrimp, fried green tomatoes and bread service was extremely salty. Did chat with the manager about it just to let them know. Not sure if it was just a heavy accidental pour or normal. Manager was nice and welcomed the feedback. Other than that the food and presentation was amazing! Will bf back for another dinner and show.

Lovely atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious food in the most convenient location for an outing to the Mahaffey Theatre. The Pork Belly Burnt Ends were otherworldly and the Short Rib was sublime, as were the Diver Scallops!

Would not recommend this restaurant - both items I ordered as well as items guest ordered were horrible. I don’t mind paying for a pricey meal if it’s good, however this was horrible food. Lobster bisque tasted like tomato soup! Very disappointing!

Great place to dine when attending an event at the Mahaffey theatre because you are right there and can avoid large crowds and traffic ahead of the event. The view of the yacht basin across the street is very calming. The food options are limited to accommodate theater-goers since they are currently only open during events at the Mahaffey as I understood it. Attentive service! GREAT Old Fashioneds!

Excellent service. Atmosphere is lovely. The food was a bit too expensive. $42.00 for 3 scallops. But it was still a pleasant time.

Request your sauces on the side. Hubby did not enjoy his perfectly cooked grouper because of the sauce. My pork was tasty except for plate being soaked in sauce. Tasty deviled eggs. Service was excellent.

Amanda was our server and she did a terrific job! The food menu is somewhat limited, but everything thing we ordered was delicious. The food is of outstanding quality and service was impeccable. The ambiance was so-so, and this is the first restaurant I’ve been to where they scan you with a wand, like the TSA, before you enter (?). The price was decent for 6 people and a bottle of wine: $600. I’d like to maybe go there in the summer to take advantage of the water view when daylight lasts well into the 8PM hour.

We had heard that this restaurant has a serious service issue but decided to try it anyway. We had tickets to the Orchestra; this is a delightful setting for dinner. However, we were confused upon entry and never really had the fine dining experience we sought and paid for. When we checked in, the person at the desk told us to wait for his “runner.” A restaurant employee arrived to escort us in the elevator, and we asked if they were a runner. The answer was, “No, I am a host.” Interesting way to start! The waitperson was more than friendly, described the specials, and took the order. When the bread, an a la carte menu item, arrived, we were told there would be more when it was finished baking. More never arrived, and when we asked for it, we were notified we wouldn’t be charged since it was still rising. There were four members of our group, and one was served dinner, and the rest of us waited at least ten minutes for the meals. The manager explained that the meals were accidentally ordered on different tickets and we would be comped desserts. The meals—scallops, osso buco and a special monkfish were good, but not great. To partake in our comped desserts, we arrived at our orchestra seats within a minute of the start time. Two hours should be enough for dinner, especially since the management must realize that most patrons attend the orchestra. This experience was disappointing—good food, but not a pleasurable dining experience.
