A glasshouse restaurant, where the weather is our wallpaper. We serve breakfast and dinner 7 days a week. We do lunch on weekdays and brunch at the weekend.

Our New York – Italian menu is simple and delicious. Meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, herbs and dairy delivered daily by local suppliers. The restaurant vibe changes from a laid back sunrise through a buzzing sunset. A view like no other in Dublin, cityscape to countryside. No fuss, no formality, book a table and enjoy.

Sophie’s Bar is at the very heart of our rooftop restaurant. Pull up a stool and get comfortable at any time, day or night to take in the incredible views of the Dublin skyline while our amazing team of bartenders create a world-class cocktail for you.

Head out to our Rooftop Terrace to soak up the sun when it's hot, or wrap up in blankets under our heaters when it’s not.

We pride ourselves on having one of the most welcoming late night bars in Dublin where all of our guests can enjoy the company of friends (old and new) in a relaxed, comfortable and genuine atmosphere. All of this happens from 11.30pm when our resident DJ comes on with an excellent mixture of the latest vibes. You won't want to go anywhere else.

Troppo rumoroso, impossibile parlare anche con il vicino. Menù discreto ma con poca scelta: cibo buono ma senza eccezionalità. La location è il punto di forza di questo posto, che però viene rovinata dall'eccessivo inquinamento acustico

Ho passato la mattina del mio compleanno in questo meraviglioso rooftop con vista su tutta Dublino, mi sono trovata molto bene e abbiamo mangiato stupendamente!

Location particolare con una vista stupenda su Dublino. Pietanze e servizio impeccabili. La prossima volta a Dublino ci torneremo sicuramente!

Went to Sophies last night with a few friends and we had an absolute blast. Our server was wonderful, gave great service and we had a few laughs, I wish I'd caught his name! The food cocktails were lovely, a bit expensive bit nothing unusual for a nice restaurant in Dublin, didn't feel overpriced for the quality. Overall it was a lovely experience and it goes without saying the view was lovely!

My girlfriend and I went to the location for the first time, it was really good. It was fancy and the view was amazing for Valentine’s Day. The price was definitely worth it. I would recommend for anyone who wants to take their partner to a fancy place with good food. I ordered the 10oz steak (medium rare) and my partner ordered the chicken pasta and it was cooked really well. The portions are good size and the deserts were well made and prepared.

We were booked in for valentine’s night , no where on our email were we told that it was a only a set menu , I got sent an email about 2 days before arrivals to confirm our reservation and in the terms in conditions it said there’s a requirement of one main per Person which is what we were looking forward to and a dessert… we booked back in November so I’m not sure is this something to do with it. This hotel is a treat to be here in the first place so it really did make us uncomfortable to put us in a situation where we felt like we had to fork out €140 for a meal for 2 of us that we don’t have. Thank gosh the staff were very understandable and who I am assuming was one of the managers sorted us with the regular menu and we were extremely grateful for. I just think an email should have been sent about the set menu to fore worn us as we wouldn’t have booked the table. For the whole dinner we just felt out of our depth and embarrassed for not being able to afford the set menu. I am still grateful for your staff accommodating us but it shouldn’t have had to happen without a heads up .

Me and my girlfriend have been here many times and every time we go it’s an amazing experience, the food is amazing from the Pizza to the Seabass and the Mac ‘n’ Cheese. The staff are amazing and very attentive. The rooftop is amazing during the summer also, 10/10 will definitely go back again and again.

Gorgeous food, very quick service, staff were very friendly and happy, beautiful venue would definitely recommend and when I come back to Dublin I will definitely be going here again!
