    Do not recommend. They were not ready for NYE. We had a reservation and waited 49 minutes until we were seated. After that, it was even slower. We already were patient enough. No one even offered us a free drink, nothing. Being in hospitality for 30 years and Ive rarely seen a more of thankless rapport. Uchi is Uchi because Soto is Soto. Simple as that.

    We made a reservation for 7:15pm WEEKS before and then waited almost 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. That is unacceptable. It’s a shame because, while the food was fantastic, our overall experience was subpar due to the wait time.

    We made late reservations and I knew we would be seated outside. It was cold & there were heaters. We were moved because the heater near us was broken. The food was great & our waiter had good suggestions and we enjoyed our New Year’s Eve meal.

    We had a wonderful time at Soto. Everyone was so welcoming and absolutely lovely. The food was amazing! We can’t wait to go there again!

    Our favorite restaurant! We always receive amazing service and food. It is on the pricey side but 100% worth it every time.

    We make a reservation every year for Christmas Eve and we always have the best meal and the service is always phenomenal. We sit in the high tops by the bar so really can’t comment on noise level. We have several food allergies / intolerances and the staff is always incredibly diligent and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

    Sushi presentation and taste was amazing. The cocktails we tried were perfectly crafted. The best part of the evening was the exceptional service from Jennifer, our waitress. She was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the food and drink menu, both of which are massive. Jennifer was also very attentive without being intrusive. A very rare skill. Her recommendations were spot on which made our evening even better. Jennifer genuinely made us feel like special guests. Even though the prices were a bit high, the food service quality will bring us back again and again!!
