Beautiful environment with great service. The menu has a nice selection . The lamb is exceptional and cheesecake fabulous.

Reuben is a terrific waiter. Personable and did a great job describing the menu. Yet, he had too many tables last night. Management should be sure enough servers are working based on number of diners.

The best Mediterranean food in Fort Lauderdale! The prices are adequate for a 5 star hotel. The view and ambience are amazing! Can’t beat waterfront dining with excellent service.

Amazing food ambiance service and presentation the lady managers offered a blanket the servers are warm welcoming and excited, the food is incredible and you can’t beat the view/atmosphere!

The location and ambience of the restaurant was stunning. The service was good, but the waiter seemed nervous and was trying too hard. The drinks are expensive and not very good. $20+ for a drink and it’s not a full glass - it was filled about an inch shy of rim. Not worth it. The menu was limited. The hummus was good but my pita bread was burnt and brittle. The chicken kebab was delicious. Advice: modify the menu offering and train the bartenders how to make a good drink.

If you are looking for a beautiful location, this is your place. If you are looking for good food at reasonable prices, this is not your place. Yes, the food is good - no, it is not reasonably priced. 4 cocktails and 4 appetizers = $275 (with an auto 20% gratuity added). The martini was not cold (clearly had been sitting at the bar for a while) and the olives are microscopic (not cocktail sized). The old fashioned was ok but way over sweetened. The humus appetizer was very tasty yet definitely not big enough for more than 1-2 people and it was served with one pita - again not nearly enough. The watermelon salad was delicious and was a recommendation from our server (Louis, who was wonderful). The lamb skewer and fish skewer (1 skewer per order) was barely enough for an appetizer. The lamb was slightly overcooked/dry however the fish was delicious. Again, wonderful ambiance and very good service - just not sure it is worth the exorbitant cost.

Jan 10 was their inaugural evening and I must say the food, ambiance, and the staff were great and most of all very well trained. The food choices and portions were perfect, flavors delightfully unique, and surrounding decor was like a Hollywood movie. Angelo, our waiter couldn’t have been more pleasurable and knowledgeable. Bernard was funny and engaging and efficient. Eduard our host was most welcoming and checked in with us just enough to be sure our every desire was met. As yachters wintering in Ft Lauderdale, we will be certain to visit Sotogrande again.
