My expectations where high as someone highly recommended this place... it was busy but not crazy Saturday busy, didn't feel like, Our waiter took a while to approach our table, food and drink also took more then regular time to come, appetizers came wrong but it as fixed, and our main meal never came. our waiter vented for a long time, like long... and when He came back we asked for the check, He didn't even realized that our antree Neve came. we had to ask him to remove it from our check. We didn't ask for the manager or anything, it was my birthday I didn't want to stress at all. we end up going to other restaurants to have dinner. I understand its was a particular situation but it shouldn't happen. Our waiter looked like He was high and besides that we were not very impressed with the apps we ate. (Carpaccio was beautifully thin but missed something to give a hint and Octopus was kind on the heard side).

Waited two hours for food before leaving without being served dinner. Did not see waitress for last hour of that time.

The atmosphere was musty and dusty. It felt like a converted old pub. A menu was uninspired. We couldn’t get a second drink, even though there were very few people in the restaurant. I couldn’t substitute mashed potatoes for french fries on a filet mignon which just seems silly overall I would not go back.

We had a terrible experience here for a Saturday night dinner. The service was awful and it took well over an hour and a half for dinner to be served. There are too many great restaurants in the area to waste a night out at this place. Very unimpressed

We showed up at 7:10pm for a 7:15pm reservation and were told we had to wait because we arrived too early. We were told to wait at the bar while our table gets available. We waited at the bar and were ignored by the bartender. I finally got his attention after 5min of waiting. Ordered drinks and got seated for our 7:15 reservation at 7:36pm. Even after being seated, we weren’t greeted by our waiter until 10min after I called for our server. I asked several times for water, when our food arrived we had no silverware to eat with. We asked twice for silverware after being served our food. Leaving a negative review isn’t something I do, but yesterday was horrible. Never going back.

Pretty place but Would Not Recommend After giving this restaurant two chances, I can confidently say we won’t be going back. From start to finish, both experiences were disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited 10 minutes at the front before anyone acknowledged us. The atmosphere was noisy, yet strangely had no music playing, making the loud conversations from surrounding tables even more noticeable. Service was especially frustrating. A 48-hour hold on a credit card for a reservation would be understandable if the service was exceptional—but it was anything but. Our waitress was inattentive, requiring us to call her over three separate times just to place our order and ask for basic things. She never once checked on us, and we had to ask for the check when it was clear we had been finished for a while. The food was another letdown. The burrata appetizer came with just one slice of toast—hardly worth the price for 4 to share. After waiting an hour and 30 minutes for our entrées, they arrived cold, making the long wait even more frustrating. Overall, between the poor service, long waits, and underwhelming food, this place is not worth the time or money. There are far better options elsewhere, and we certainly won’t be returning.
