Despite having made a dinner reservation, the hostess advertised the happy hour specials and we felt encouraged to go to the bar. As a former bartender, I loved 4 course diners. A big check meant a big tip. I'm not sure if I'll be back, but I won't make that mistake again. The bartender was not particularly interested in waiting on people at the bar. She busied herself with everything but taking our orders. We had to ask for water, and get her attention for every single thing we needed. As first timers we were committed through dessert, but skipped it in protest. I could not taste the vodka in the watermelon, but it was light and very refreshing. The beet was a strange and overpowering cocktail. The cauliflower app was served hot and fresh from the kitchen. Excellent flavors and texture. Delicious. My salmon was ordered medium but served well done, but hot off the grill. The accompanying green beans and potatoes were lukewarm but well seasoned. The two different drizzled purees enhansed the flavor of the salmon. The Mediterranean bowl was also just warm, including the chicken. Very flavorful and well crafted. In short excellent food. Poor service. For those prices, I want to feel cared for and not like a nuisance. The bar was also loud and clanky. Bartender kept throwing things into a sink or the trash which was right in front of our section. It was not a calm and relaxing vibe. I wish them well, but for the same 100$ I can be treated like a guest at any Cameron Mitchell restaurant, Jeff Ruby's or Lindy's.

Rude maitre’d. Asked for onions to be left off burger and they weren’t. Waitress made it seem like our fault. Food sent back and they literally just removed the onions and brought it back. We could’ve done that. But onion taste remained.

We had a great experience! The food was delicious and SOW catered to many dietary needs and preferences. The vegan options were many and very tasty. Service was impeccable. We will visit again.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave solid recommendations. Feels like you left Cbus and stepped into a Cali restaurant. I am excited to try more items on the menu!

Delicious as usual! They have a robust menu with options for any kind of dietary restrictions and everything is always tasty. We were there for our friend’s birthday and a little disappointed they were out of the flourless cacao cake, but otherwise 10 out of 10.
