Wolfgang Puck’s legendary flagship fine dining restaurant Spago is recognized for igniting Las Vegas’s dining scene into a culinary epicenter. Puck’s revolutionary Las Vegas Strip restaurant debuts with an entirely new look and menu and the exceptional level of service for which the restaurant is best known. The restaurant is beautifully situated for al fresco dining in front of the Bellagio Fountains. Spago’s re-imagined menu features Puck’s signature California fare paired with modern technique and inspiration from his chef’s weekly trips to the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market.                 Cibo eccellente (tartare di tonno incredibile), piatti ben curati, cena nel patio con vista spettacolare sulle fontane. Insomma un bel posto, ci torneremo

                Very noisy making it difficult to talk even at a small table for four. Menu was somewhat limited. Halibut was perfectly prepared and very moist. Highlight of the dinner was the bread tray!

                WOW! My spouse and I enjoyed a memorable, delicious brunch at Spago this past weekend. Everything was truly excellent from the moment we walked in. Alicia (sp), our server, was fantastic. The salmon pizza and gnocchi were both over the top. Thank you, Spago team, for a wonderful experience.

                As always great food and service. I have the Gnocchi and my girlfriend the grilled chicken sandwich. Both were so fresh and delicious. To drink I had the old fashion, girlfriend has the bottomless mimosas. What a steal at $65. She finished one bottle and our server asked if we wanted drinks to go. We got an additional bottle and juices to go. What a steal! I’ll definitely be coming back for a 3rd time when I come again.

                The food was so delicious! We were seated outside and the view of the fountains was amazing. Our waiter Paul was so professional and top notch service. The fountains were loud at times but not a deal breaker! We loved all of it.

                From the moment we checked in our experience was amazing. Our waiters Marco and Victor were outstanding with suggestions, attentiveness and knowledge about the menu. The very best part is that they were wonderful to our kids, making them laugh, helping them with dinner options and interacting with them the entire dinner. The kids left so happy and so did we. A memorable evening for sure

                We made reservations for lunch just after they opened. Our waiter walked us to our table outside and a couple was standing in front of it not allowing us to sit down! They were adamant about sitting at that particular table even though Spago tells you numerous times when you’re booking and confirming that they cannot guarantee any tables. The waiters handled the situation delicately and professionally. We were finally seated, and was even given complimentary champagne and crab cakes. Amazing views of fountains and even better service. Look forward to going back soon
