   It was my second time visiting and we were all disappointed with our entrees. We had the beef stew, the abondigas and the pork Loin dishes and It was mediocre to say the least. The croquette apps and churros were good and that was about it. The patatas bravas was nothing close to one I’ve had in Spain. They also could’ve done better with the food presentation. I would’ve expected higher standards for a Jose Andres establishment.

   Over-rated in every way. Chicken Croquettes - all sauce, no chicken. Catalan Beef stew ["Grandmother's recipe"] - sliced pieces of rather tasteless beef in a bland brown sauce with OK French fries. Fried hake - flavorless. [We had to ask for salt]. Cold, cavernous room with over- loud music. There must have been better things on the menu that we didn't sample as the restaurant still seems pretty popular, especially with tourists. But our impression was it's not as good as it used to be, when it really was as good as the hype. By the way, we saw several customers walk away when no one greeted them at the east entrance. They'd missed the small sign that advised "Please see receptionist at far end of restaurant".

   Wonderful spot after exhibit & show. Just TOO LOUD for conveersariomc🙃. Loved the tastes of Spain- and memories of visiting Barcelona☺️

   We love going to Spanish Diner!!! The place was FREEZING COLD as only two of the ceiling heaters worked. The service and food were great but unfortunately this made the experience quite uncomfortable. We had to eat with our jackets, hat and scarves on!
