Dagli editor di OpenTable: After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.

    We shared a number of dishes. The menu was creative and imaginative and everything was delicious. Our server was knowledgeable about the food and suggested several pairings which enhanced our experience

    Sparrow+Wolf never disappoints. Always wonderful food, the most knowledgeable and personable staff in the city, great ambience, and amazing wine pairings. This is literally my favorite restaurant on earth.

    A wonderful dining experience off the hustle & bustle of the Las Vegas strip & overrated celebrity chef chain restaurants. So glad we went this route on the recommendation of a family member. Food was exceptional! Began with foie apple & bahn cuon (ground duck rolls) followed by our main course of octopus with black squid ink risotto & the lamb loin. The sauces were so good & in hindsight regretted we didn't order some naan to enjoy the remaining sauce on the plates. Our server, Malena, was very attentive & recommend I try a Japanese vodka, Haku. Will look for it when we return from our trip. Clearly the staff works as a team from our view point. Highly recommend this jewel if you're looking for a great dining experience.

    Sparrow + Wolf exceeded expectations. We were seated at the bar and were served the tasting menu. The casual yet sophisticated look of the restaurant itself would not suggest the quality of food served here. In a good way! There isn’t a feeling of pretentiousness or formality often associated with food of this caliber. Instead the ambiance invites guests to relax and enjoy absolutely astounding food. The staff are all warm, professional, and playful to be around. I have eaten in Vancouver, BC, NYC, Thailand, and elsewhere in Las Vegas and this is by far some of the best food I have ever had the pure pleasure of eating. As a has been bartender these were easily the best cocktails we had- complex and well crafted, all four that we ordered paired well with our courses- whether intentional or not.
