Spinnerstown Hotel is a restaurant serving rustic local cuisine in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The dining areas of are divided into 3 parts. The first is a casual soapstone bar and wooden booth-lined taproom, with 18 rotating beers on tap and a simple, rustic atmosphere. The second is a handsomely homey dining room (sans TV) complete with a fireplace, stone walls and hand painted ceiling. The third is an outside barn-like deck with vaulted ceilings. The cuisine is simple farmhouse fare, but with its own modern twist. Diners will find house-made burgers, Belgian-style mussels and hearty entrées like the in-house butchered boneless rib eye or hand rolled gnocchi. In addition to these standards, the menu is constantly under development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to consistently create new dishes. An exceptional beverage selection encompasses a value-driven wine list, hand crafted cocktails, a legendary beer program, and a temptingly stocked bottle shop.

                                                                          First time at Spinnerstown Hotel and can’t wait to go back. For starters we got there a half hour early and they accommodated us and with a smile. The waitress we had was attentive and asked if we had any questions. Took our order very patiently and all with a smile. She was pleasant. Food was fantastic the taste just melted in your mouth. The truffle fries were the best I have ever had. The steak was made perfect, just as I ordered it. The entrees were a bit on the pricier side, worth the money.

                                                                          Our server Tereza was great. My wife said her Pan Roasted Salmon was delicious. My Twin Petite Filets of Beef was prepared to perfection! We were there to celebrate our 55 Anniversary and Tereza made sure to acknowledged it. The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating.!

                                                                          Absolutely love this place. Probably my favorite restaurant in the greater Lehigh Valley. The Lamb burger is the best gosh darn burger this side of the Mississippi.

                                                                          WE HADDOCK WITH THE SPINNERSTOWN HOTEL!!! Previous dinners here were good here with us ordering the Irish onion soup, twin filets and the scallops. Being it Valentine's Day and wanting to try something new, my restaurateur girlfriend and NYC foodie raised I ordered their $48 specials; lobster tail and haddock with crab and lobster sauce to share. The minute our food came out I knew something was wrong. The lobster was dry and my haddock special was a tasteless bowl of mush. I ordered a very overpriced plate of previously frozen/stale fish and crab, dry stale rice, and totally raw string beans. First just telling our waitress my string beans weren't even blanched, they substituted limp yellow asparagus. Not wanting initially to address our concerns with the staff and then without receiving any satisfaction from them except for taking the cat food tasting fish off the bill. We left there angry and hungry, 100% HANGRY! and Valentines Day dinner ruined!! We will miss our favorite waiter Nicholas but we’ll look forward to seeing him at his other restaurant. Needless to say we will never return to this restaurant as they aren't accountable for their mistakes and do not value high spending repeat customers!
