    The Assistant GM was amazing!!! He went above and beyond to accommodate my food sensitivities. Food was great! Love the restaurant!

    We're loyal fans of Spirit Elephant and love the Vegan food. Service is usually great but this time they forgot to assign a server to our table. They were busy but after 15 minutes we thought something was askew. They figured it out but it shouldn't have happened. The food this time was great as usual.

    Once again, our family had another outstanding dining experience at Spirit Elephant last night! The food was amazing along with phenomenal service made for a perfect evening! Drove over an hour to visit our favorite restaurant and hope another location will be in works soon! Thank you Jordan and crew! Happy Holidays!

    Food was delicious. I am not vegan but enjoyed the food a lot! A little pricey but worth it. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

    Are we sure it was vegan? The food was much too good! We loved the Pad Thai, though everything was delicious.

    The restaurant was great and the food. It was a little cold since we sat near the window, but the overall ambience was great and the jazz added that touch.

    Delicious vegan food creatively prepared and plated. Wonderful cocktails and warm inviting ambiance. My only comment is the prices. Yes, it’s Winnetka, so there’s that, but I cook vegan every day and know that the food doesn’t cost nearly that much. The markup here is exceptional. Worth it perhaps to be able to go to a restaurant and order ANYTHING on the menu ( what a treat!), but I will not be able to go very often because of the extremely high costs.

    We have eaten here 6 or 7 times and the food and service is always great. Glad to seee a high quality vegan restaurant doing well.

    I love this restaurant for its ambiance, service and food but last night I tried the chicken piccata which was terrible and expensive. It’s a new item that I hope they will take off the menu. It was tough to chew and to cut into pieces. My husband had a much better dish that was their special - a seafood pasta with vegetables.
