                                                                                      One of the worst places I have been. We had a 5:30pm reservation and got our food at 6:45 after we had to talk to a manager 2 times the place was understaffed. The poor waitress was 2 days on the job and working in a mess. Food finally came out and was either cold or greasy. I have to give them one good note all staff handled themselves cool and calmly and they didn’t charge us for dinner.

                                                                                      Went before a concert and glad we got there when we did, because the people next to us arrived 25 minutes after us and actually had to walk out because they were pretty much forgotten - after they sat for 30 minutes, they finally got to order drinks and then their drinks arrived 40 minutes after that, (they already left 15 minutes prior). Our waitress, was so sweet, and kind. However, we had to bring up the Happy Hour Menu on our phone to ask her if the prices/deal were still ongoing before we ordered, she seemed to be unfamiliar with it.. You would think if your restaurant offered a Happy Hour you would at least mention it to the guests. Besides that and having to flag her down to get the check after she looked over at us, clearly finished with our food, a couple of times, we had a great time. Good prices, during happy hour..lol, and overall good vibes. It was SO busy so we will take that heavily into consideration, and our nachos were overcooked. But the wings and the risotto balls were decent! We might be back!

                                                                                      Sports and social was the best place to go before the show at the Arena across the street! Couldn’t be more convenient. We got the appetizer tower, which was more than enough food for four of us!

                                                                                      Love the environment and the food! The service was great! The music was SO LOUD. The only way I could hear the people I was with is for me to put my ear right in front of their face. Waaay too loud.

                                                                                      As others have noted service was slow. It was loud and crowded before an event at the ppl center. They had live music outside which was great!

                                                                                      Our visit to Sports & Social in Allentown was a mix. We had reservations but arrived at 5pm and were seated right away, which was nice. However, the good start ended there. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and ended up getting them ourselves from the bar. After placing our food order, our waitress was hard to find, even for more drinks. With an event at 7pm, we told the manager we had to leave at 6:40. The food finally came as we were about to walk out after being there for an hour and a half. The food was fantastic once it came, but the service and overall organization were a letdown. We explained to the manager that we had to run and hadn’t gotten our bill yet. She told us not to worry and seemed apologetic, but Sports & Social needs better staffing to handle event nights more smoothly. If they can fix this, it could be a great spot for pre- and post-events. We need more reliable spots to go before a PPL event!

                                                                                      We had outdoor seating to watch the band. After dinner we continued to order drink but noone ever cleared our dinner dishes. We had to chase down our check.
