Went on a Wednesday that was not a game day, and the kitchen was super slow. It was also loud enough that we had to yell across the table. So, I guess good for them on being so busy? Do not recommend the chicken and waffles I'd only recommend it if you are going to watch a game and drink

It was my partners 40th birthday and we had a terrible experience. We arrived 10 minutes earlier than our reservation and we were seated immediately. The hostess was polite and friendly. The restaurant was 10% occupied when we arrived. There was a video game competition upstairs and in “the pit.” The waitress took our food and drink order. The drinks arrived in a decent time but our food took a very long time. Several orders were incorrect and EVERY item was cold. The waitress never filled our water and sodas. We asked for a few items to be made again for hot food, the second time food was warm. It was an awful experience. We will not return, his birthday dinner was ruined.

General Manager, Shelby and our server, Regan saved the day! The restaurant was closed for a private event, so while our reservation should have been cancelled, it was confirmed, three times. Initially by email, which prompted me to text restaurant staff through the Open Table text messaging system, and then call. All confirmed that our 5PM reservation was intact. When we arrived, Event/Salesperson, Jennifer, made a highly disappointing show of disservice, very abruptly saying, "I don't know who you spoke to but we're closed." She was dismissive and rude; didn't allow me to speak and insinuated that I was confused - or lying. Neither are true or acceptable. If Shelby hadn't stepped up and in as she did, my review would have been 1-star across the board. It's surprising to find an event salesperson to be so unable to have a reasonable, professional conversation, without coming in harsh and defensive as Jennifer did. I'm grateful that Shelby clearly values the Sports & Social customer experience. It was a busy night; we had one problem with one lost food item order and somewhat slow service (based on the crowd), but Regan (new server) had a wonderfully kind, positive demeanor. Regan took ownership to correct issues and did a great job with our party of 8. Thank you, Regan for your customer service excellence, and to Shelby for being a true restaurant Professional.

My football meetup group meets here regularly to watch NFL games. I love it when they have MNF in full screen! Servers are always great, manager is very helpful, hostess remembers me - all around good service. The nachos are better than other places - they use real shredded cheese (not canned sauce) and fresh cut jalapeños. This is by far my favorite sports bar in the area - and my group members agree - it’s our favorite place to meet!

Great place for sports watching. Loud atmosphere Slow service -30 min for a beer Limited beer selection Food was ok , Salmon was good but the rice was old and hard , veggies didn’t taste fresh. Beyond burger was ok Reordered beers and that took another 15 min. From the time we sat down at 6pm , dinner came to our table at 7:15. Doubt I’ll be back , much more places to try.

HOSTED AN OUT-OF-TOWN FREIND AT RESTARAUNT. WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND FULFILLED HIS EXPECTATIONS OF A SPORTS BAR. JORDAN WAS A VERY ACCOMODATING, KNOWLEGEABLE SERVER. FOOD WAS SERVED QUICK, HOT AND TO ORDER. WILL DEFINITELY PUT S&S ON TOP OF MY LIST FOR ANY SPORTING, SOCIAL EVENTS.

Our experience was good overall unfortunately there was only 1 bar tender upstairs and she didn’t have the capacity to take care of us as needed and our drinks were in balanced. Us being there for a birthday we were looking for good drinks which we are usually served that here. PBR was a time! We had a ball and felt very welcomed. Overall it was a good time I just hope upstairs can get some help.
