    Well, our reservations didn’t mean anything, even though it was confirmed via Open Table and email and text! When we got there, they said it was first come first served and reservations would not be honored. We ended up grabbing a high top on the outer part of the restaurant but it was a very unpleasant surprise and according to the manager, there were many others that experienced the same. Mgt couldn’t handled it better.

    They did not honor my Open Table reservation so I had to fend for myself to find a seat. Stayed standing a while before someone graciously offered a seat.

    My online reservation was not honored, they told me that the system should not have been able to take the reservation. The floor manager and the hostess were rude, as if it was my fault that the reservation system will allow to take reservations. No accommodations were made for me to seat me and my guest. Even when they had many empty chairs and tables they would not let us sit. The only person who was respectful and kind was Billy the operations manager.

    My reservation was not honored by Sports & Social. They told me everything was booked when I got there at 6:45pm that evening. I had my 80 year old mom there a disabled (wheelchair) family member there. We all travel from different parts of MD and was left stranded. Totally unacceptable. The management team was VERY unapologetic as I did something wrong. Please let me know how I could avoid this in the future. As you see I’ve been a loyal participant for open table for decades.

    Made a reservation on game day, as we knew it would be busy, in hopes to secure a table to eat and watch the game. Unfortunately, after waiting in line and reaching the hostess stand they explained that they don’t actually even take reservations, which left us scrambling to find somewhere to eat/watch at the last minute. They said they’d text me when a table became available and we did not hear from them at all, the entire evening/night.

    This was our first time at S&S, and we only came for the restaurant. We did not gamble in the casino or stay at the hotel. Food was actually pretty good, and that's why 3 stars. Deducted 2 stars for the poor service, to include receiving our appetizer (jumbo pretzel) as we were halfway done our main meals. Our server, Maria, seemed to have an attitude all night, and not just with our table. You'd ask her for a refill or whatever, and she wouldn't acknowledge you. Whenever she did talk, you couldn't hear or understand her. Probably would have given 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor service.

    Horrible our 1st waiter came and then when we wasn’t ready because we just sat down he disappeared and never came back to take our order it must be a thing there because the 2nd waiter did the same thing like wth but at least he came back after a while the chicken taste like it was fried early that morning and then fried again when someone ordered and the drinks taste just like there was no alcohol in them straight like juice waisted money and time.

    They conditioned my reservation and therefore being able to see the fight to consume at least 200 bucks. This is ridiculous!

    Hello, during special sporting events we charge a min spend on food and drinks. Depending on where your table is, there is a fee. Prices range from $100 - $600 depending on seating. You are more than happy to reserve a table and request a specific table if it is available at the time of your reservation.
