Spotos Fish & Oyster in Palm Beach Gardens is as authentic as you can get. With fresh-shucked cold-water oysters that come from Long Island and Cape Cod along with a full menu of seafood delights, there is no reason to go anywhere else in search of a premier oyster bar. Patrons can dine inside or outside, weather permitting, for lunch or dinner.

The main event at Spotos Fish & Oyster is, of course, the oysters on the half shell; menu doesn't disappoint. Enjoy Bluepoint from Long Island, Wellfleet from Cape Cod and a daily featured oyster the chef has selected. Littleneck and Cherrystone clams from Cape Cod are also on the menu. Both oysters and clams are offered raw as well as in many dishes.

My wife and I had our most interesting, and fun, dining experiences of our life this evening at Spotos. We sat at the bar and were able to watch them making all the oyster and shrimp dishes and all the sushi - the people preparing these meals were friendly and highly skilled. Our waitress, all the waite staff, we interacted with attentive, were cheerful and very helpful (honestly, you don’t always see that these days). We were able to meet someone, Brent, was his name I think, that our waitress told us was the chef/owner - he was friendly and helpful as well. He was running a great establishment - I would suggest that if you are within 100 miles of this restaurant stop in and experience it for yourself.

Excellent as always! The weekly "extra" menu has some great dishes and most times, extremely well executed. We love it here!

We went for brunch, it was amazing! I have a gluten allergy, they sent a menu to the chef, he checked off all of the side plates that I could safely enjoy, and they were all good...However, the scallop was probably the best scallop I have ever had! The options at the raw bar were the normal selections you would see but I can't help but think the quality of the seafood is unmatched. We met friends and chose to sit outside because the noise level inside is way too much. It's a great value, even at $85 per person. We'll go back!

Spotos really upped their game. The table setting has gotten an upgrade and hot towels were brought to the table after the appetizers. Nice touch. As always, the food and service was top notch. We really enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommend!

Food is fabulous. Noise level disastrous so only eat inside if you don’t want to have any conversations with anyone you go with. If interested in having bread you must request it. I’m not sure why because it is really good!

It was a rainy night. But we sat outside in a protected area. The food was very good but our waiter was outstanding. It was very nice evening.
