Open for lunch (two courses/$65), brunch (three courses/$98), and dinner (three courses/$125), Spruce offers seasonal prix-fixe menus crafted by Chef Mark Sullivan. Each menu offers a wide range of options, as well as luxurious additions (examples: caviar, truffles) for supplemental prices. Our cuisines is complemented by an extensive wine list which holds "Wine Spectator" magazine's highest honor, a Grand Award. In celebration of Christmas Eve, Spruce will be offering a luxurious multi-course dinner for $175. When booking your reservation, you will be charged a deposit of $100 (+tax) per person. This reservation fee will be applied to the final bill upon completion of your meal. For a full refund of your reservation fee, we require a minimum of 7 days advance notice for cancellations or adjustments to your reservation. Cancellation of your reservation within 7 days, including reducing the number of guests in your party, relinquishes your prepaid menu fee. Should you no longer be able to make your reservation, you are welcome to transfer it to someone else, as you would tickets to a concert, the theater, or sports match.

Tutto veramente di qualità a partire dai cocktails con cui ho pasteggiato. Unica pecca è che secondo me il livello di rumorosità per ambienti del genere è troppo elevato. Per il resto molto soddisfatta del cibo, del servizio, della cortesia.

This is what an excellent dining experience is about. From the greeter at the front, full of warm welcomes on a rainy evening to the general manager re-seating us due to a wobbly table we had the most amazing evening. Service is excellent, Christian and the house managers were attentive polite and professional. The sommelier as well chose our white and red wines and nailed it! The food goes without saying, we had pear salad, crudeo and pasta. The special white truffle pasta as a share was amazing. Duck, scallops, lobster pasta as mains. Benigets for dessert with a vanilla and dark chocolate sauce. Cocktails also supreme, old fashioned, martini's and a Paper Plate! We really had such a wonderful time and it reminded me of the wonder of our city and the talented restaurant chefs, and servers in the Presidio.

Overall very good. Food and Service was tasty and attentive. Hosts were very accommodating. The end to end experience felt a bit rushed and too rehearsed/surgical - granted this is a prix menu - but in this case a tad too focused on operation which didn’t leave any time to converse with Service nor create an impression that would help me wanting to come back. Thanks!

Wines are heavily overpriced. The appetizer salads we had (quince salad and the pear/endive salad) we were mixed on. pear salad came with red radiccio, not endive. Quince salad was not very tasteful. Otherwise the entrees.....lamb and the scallops were outstanding. Ldt's not even talk about the chocolate tartelette and the beignets which were both a fabulous way to end the evening. Best part of the evening was our server, Erik, who was professional while being so friendly and a wonderful conversationalist....so enjoyable and relaxing for us not to have a stuffy server who takes no interest in the client .
