Square Grill House Restaurant & Piano Bar in the heart of Bath.

Open for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon drinks. Throughout the day the terrace by Abbey Square and lounge area will be perfect to relax with a drink and nibbles. As the sun sets and we get ready for dinner to serve our signature dishes with the best local produce. Our resident Pianist will begin, and cocktails will flow.

The restaurant is beautiful with venetian walls, banquettes upholstered in leather and marble feel tables.

We chose to dine in the "piano bar" area. The pianist and general sound was dreadful. The food was quite good.

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much for your review. We are really pleased you enjoyed the food and the service which is our main offering. The pianist and piano are a non chargeable entertainment, This is to add on to the atmosphere. We are sorry to hear that Terry our resident pianist was not to your liking and will pass that on. We do have different pianist throughout the week and we hope you can visit again as you enjoyed the food and service which is our main business. Sunday we are piano free with just focus on food and drink. If you paid for the entertainment please get in-touch so we can provide a full refund from the Pianist.

I had the tiger prawns and the fillet steak (rare). It was some of the best food I've had in a long time. Great service too.

Lovely evening at Square Grill & Brasserie. Food was amazing. Service outstanding. Good value for money. Lovely ambience with the live music. Will visit again when we are next in Bath. Thank you so much. If you're visiting Bath, this is a definite!

The staff are welcoming and professional. Thre atmosphere is calm, the choice of food good and our Sunday lunch was lovely. Good wine choice too. We are going back tomorrow for a birthday meal.

Had a lovely evening with my wife. The pianist was excellent, playing a broad range of songs and even taking requests. Would highly recommend for “date night” with your partner.

Well from walking past a few weeks ago we decided to book, so worth it! Greeted with a smile, love the inside decor, shown to our table, service was spot on. Lovely menu and food was delicious. Surprise was a live singer with a random choice of songs to suit all. Definitely will be rebooking
