Trace the rise, fall, and rise again of Negroni's true main ingredient Campari and a matrix of spirit combinations that can result. Saturday, February 8th, we’ll be talking All About Amaro, from 3pm - 4pm at Standard Italian. After a brief overview of this evocative category, ES Hospitality Beverage Director and icon of the Boston bar scene, Jackson Cannon, will lead us through the history of amari in cocktails, highlighting the innovative ways they enhance today’s most popular libations. Amaro cocktails have been the stalwarts of the craft cocktail lexicon for over 150 years.
