A welcoming contemporary restaurant with a touch of rustic charm, State Street Provisions is today’s answer to the taverns that once offered respite to the fishermen and tradesmen who worked in Boston’s bustling Long Wharf. Historically inspired but forward thinking food and drink menus feature fresh ingredients from near and far, while the comfortable space meets the needs and passing fancies of residents, workers and visitors alike. State Street Provisions is located at the intersection of State Street and Atlantic Avenue on Long Wharf, one of Boston’s most storied landmarks. Breaking ground in 1710, the Wharf was a vibrant hub for the Colonial U.S. shipping industry and originally extended nearly half a mile from the shoreline at Faneuil Hall.

    We went in for Boston dine out week. We had a great time and the food was fantastic however the service was kinda slow. Would still recommend!

    We had the Korean BBQ wings, half chicken and the Ribeye. All of our food was amazing. Wait staff was great. Atmosphere was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

    Thoroughly enjoyed State Street Provisions ahead of a game at TD Garden. Great drinks - "Peaky Blinders" was outstanding. Incredible food and service. Nice 20 Minute walk to the Garden. I wished I asked about validated parking through the Marriott ahead of time!

    Food was good but service was poor. Server did not check on us after receiving food or refill drinks. Although she did check on the next table 4 times. Apparently we were not as important.

    I ordered the Autumn squash salad. This was the description: $15 Delicata Squash, Granny Smith, Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, Cider-Molasses Vinaigrette There were 4 thin slices of raw and very hard squash over a salad of greens with a tiny bit of goat chese. I also orders the special octopus appetizer- It’s was undercooked and so salty I had to send it back. Cocktails were nice. Service was fine

    Wonderful good and attentive staff. Recommended. Grilled octopus special was the star for me!! Wine list short but focused and well thought out. Could be a bit deeper (add some “value” burgundy to start”
