   We were the only table (one other couple came in later) and that should’ve been a sign to leave. The waitstaff was friendly but totally not trained. Our server had no clue about the wine list - the Prosecco we ordered was MIA so we were offered something different w/o telling us the price or if it was similar in taste. They finally found a bottle of the Prosecco which they attempted to quick chill but never really got cold enough to enjoy. Neither server we had knew how to properly pour the Prosecco- grabbing the glass and resting the top of the bottle on the rim as the wine dripped down the side of the glass. The food was oily and WAY overcooked - think dry salmon with some corn thrown on top) and the side of Brussels sprouts tasted like it had been cooked the day before and then microwaved for a minute which made them even greasier. The shishito pepper appetizer was also dripping in oil with some kind of thousand island-like dipping sauce. The other entree, a smash burger, was overcooked and tasteless. This restaurant is in an historic hotel that recently became a Marriott property. Before then the restaurant was crowded, the food was good, and the staff was trained. Now it’s just another typical subpar hotel restaurant.

   We had a reservation for Valentine’s Day and the food was amazing. The service was excellent and overall me and my husband had a very good experience. Would definitely recommend and the interior was so beautiful.

   This is a nice option in downtown Bryan. The brisket sandwich, chicken sandwich and manhattans were all nice.

   The service was good. Menu is very limited, but I can appreciate the fact that they're starting small. We thought the pork sandwich lacked flavor or was a little too gamey. What was very good was the crab toast appetizer. We might go back in a few months.

   Station 36 shows promise with its crab toast and well-crafted Old Fashioned, but the experience fell short in other areas. The salmon was overcooked despite a request for medium, the street corn lacked flavor (probably frozen corn), and the dull atmosphere—due to an empty dining room—dampened the meal. While the service was efficient, it lacked warmth. With some refinements to the menu and ambiance, Station 36 could truly shine, but for now, it’s a mixed bag.

   The food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because there was no salt and pepper available at the bar. It was only at the tables. The only other staple missing was a dinner roll, which would have been nice to dip in the delicious gravy. I will definitely recommend to friends and come again.
