We had an AWESOME meal. The food was excellent, and the drinks were too! We really enjoyed our meal and will be back. It is so nice to have a restaurant on this level so close to home.

My wife and I had a wonderful birthday dinner experience at Steak 38. The service, ambience and especially the food beverages were above reproach. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent service. Food was prepared table side with a professional wait staff that is second to none. Complementary Champagne toast for our anniversary was a nice touch.

Food was delicious, drinks were great and the service staff was great. When we received our bill there were 4 extra entrees on our bill that were not ours, totaling over $400. We told the waitress and she immediately took care of it. We’ve eaten here many times prior and this is the first time we’ve ever experienced anything like this.

Table service for the table side preparation of caesar salad, steak special and bananas foster was exceptional. The server made light conversation which was fun. He prepared our food with care. Everything was tastefully done. The best fresh caesar salad I've had in a very long time. The mashed potatoes prepared with Demi glass and mushroom rague was again the best ever! I'm addicted. Not a fan of bananas foster but this changed my life. The waitress and all staff were cordial and made sure we were happy with our service and meal. Lastly the ambiance, decor and vibes were something unexpected in this area of NJ. I highly recommend Steak 38 Tabernacle.

My wife set this up for my 62nd birthday. We have enjoyed the original Steak 38 and looked forward to seeing the new one #2. They did a very nice job in upgrading the old Tabernacle Inn on rt 206. The place did not disappoint, the staff, food and feel were all excellent. We did about halfway through have a party of 8 sit near us and they were having a good time. It was fine and we talked to them after as they said sorry if we were a bit loud. We came to find out we were all from the same area growing up. LOL The price will hold off the wrong crowd but is worth every bit. Enjoy
