The moment we got to the front door we had the doors opened for us and were treated very well. Once we actually got to sit down the customer service was excellent, very helpful with everything. When the food finally arrived it was some of the best quality i’ve tasted in a long time. Everything was quick but we also weren’t rushed and i’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful ambience and vibe but underwhelming experience on food and service. A place of this caliber and these prices really has to strive for excellence and they fall short.

There were a lot of elements that made this place top tier. We love Mastro’s. I loved the coat check— a fine touch. I appreciated the single stall restrooms with seat warmers. The service was a bit slow as we were there for about 2.5 hours. Overall an enjoyable experience.

As a first time customer here, and on my birthday, I was not pleased. Definitely overrated. I’d honestly rather go back to Ocean 48 instead.

Eddie and the Kitchen staff KILLED IT for my Husband’s 40th birthday. Each dish was just beautiful and so well composed. I have to say I had the king crab and shrimp Mac and Cheese for the first time and it was beyond delicious! I can’t wait to get back for more of their amazing offerings.

Amazing experience, First ever time being at a restaurant this fancy, and they brought us in with care and hospitality, Food was delicious, Service was amazing and patient, would definitely return.

My favorite business dinner spot. Glad that the dining room wasn’t as crowded as usual. Noise level was low. We had a little problem with our founders steak. Everything else was perfect… But the most outstanding was the level of service led by our server, Jess. Shewas outstanding! Enough so that I will ask for her section the next time I’m there.

My wife and I were there for our wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special almost as if we were the only ones they were serving. The food and ambiance are amazing. I could not complain even if I wanted to.

This is out second time here and we can't wait to return. Food is consistently delicious and the service is probably the best I've experienced in CA. Everyone is so nice and if a dish isn't cooked 100% to your liking, they will do everything to fix it and show genuine concern about making sure you have the best experience. The ambience is also very nice with many private nooks with individual tables to celebrate a private family event. Finally, they went out of their way to accommodate my child with a pasta dish that was not on the menu. Everyone was happy! One of a kind place!!
