At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     My wife and I enjoyed our dinner. We have celebrated our anniversary here for the past two years and other celebrations and we always enjoy the food and the feedback staff always gives about any questions we have on the food. We really love the bar seating but wish the tables were just a tad bit bigger even though we were a party of 2 we love to eat! and felt a little cramped during our main course. Our server last night was Kayla! and she did an amazing job.

    I celebrated my birthday and I was treated like a Queen. The staff and waitresses were awesome! The food was amazing and I appreciated my birthday cake. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.

    We celebrated our 1yr wedding anniversary and couldn't have chosen a better place. The atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. The quality, appearance, and taste of the food and drinks were impeccable. To honor our anniversary, we were gracious to receive a complimentary dessert of our choice. My wife and I highly recommend Steak 48 for an intimate outing with family and friends. One of the top restaurants in Charlotte!

    Celebrated our 13 year wedding anniversary at Steak 48! What an amazing evening! Our server Meredith was great! Everything was perfect. Drinks. Appetizers. Meal! We talked the drive home about the night! Definitely wanna go back! Thanks again!
