At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     Very Festive night. We had a wonderful table . The ambience was celebratory because of New Years Eve. The drinks were well made and the food was fabulous as always. The Brussel sprouts and corn dish were exceptional, the homemade yeast rolls spectacular. And the steaks were melt in your mouth delicious. We had three different desserts and they were fabulous. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about our visit. Thanks Steak 48 for a super night.

    The food was FANTASTIC! Absolutely loved the lobster rolls, shrimp deviled eggs, seafood mac and cheese, and the Brussels. Portions are heartier than I expected so we have a ton of leftovers. Highly recommend.

    Our experience was incredible!! The restaurant is beautiful and Abby, our server, was perfect. So friendly and personable! Loved getting to know her! The food was beyond delicious! We had the crispy shrimp devil eggs, corn crème brûlée, and filets! The wine was equally delicious. A+ experience for sure! Thank you for an AMAZING New Years Eve Eve experience ♥️

    The meal we had was the best ever. The portions were big, the service was excellent. We will go back once every 3 months to indulge again!!

    The food was excellent! We went for our son’s birthday and he said it was the best steak he had ever had. The warm vanilla cake for dessert was divine. Our service was just ok - our water was left unfilled on several different occasions, and we felt rushed. It was a very expensive meal, but nice for a special occasion.

    Exceptional service and wonderful food. We knew when the reservations were made that the only available tables were high top. That made for a very small table but still a lovely meal.
