At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Just a perfect night for a family of four. Charles was the best waiter we’ve ever had and we’ve had some really good ones. Steaks were perfect and service was spot on. One thing that was palpable was how kind and pleasant the people at the front desk were. This has not always been the case and in fact, we have made fun of the fact that there was a competition to how well they could ignore you. NO MORE! They greeted us enthusiastically. Overall a great night!

Everything was Superb with the exception of parking. I pulled up for valet parking and neither of the valets could drive a manual car, so I had to park myself. The service and the food was outstanding! I have never had that much attention at a meal ..not too much or too little ..just enough..I never had to look for anyone to ask for anything! Great experience!

We had wonderful service and the food was great! The meal was timed perfectly and presented very well. Our drinks were perfect.

The best dinner I have had in Charlotte. Attentive service and every single bite was amazing. From the crab, to shrimp, to steak, to potatoes, to mac and cheese with seafood. Even the desert, oh my gosh!! Oh, and cocktails were perfection. Try anything and everything on the menu and will not disappoint. The music too was great upbeat selection.

Food was good. Services was not as good as we have experienced in the past. They failed to give us most of our leftovers which was disappointing.
