   I want to love this place- but I just can’t. The front of the house is great- loved the hostess and our server. Drinks were fantastic. The food - sucked . I ordered a strip for 68 bucks and got a piece of meat that looked like it escaped from a sizzler. Cold sides. Really bad kitchen performance. Love the whiskey food boarders on inedible. They should replace the chef - start over and get it right.

   Steak and Whisky is a great restaurant. The ambiance is terrific, the food is top-notch, and the service is impeccable. If you want a lovely night out in Hermosa at a high-end steak restaurant, please choose Steak and Whisky.
